Disruptions to academic activities are in violation of University policies and Rules. Following the disruption at Butler Library on Wednesday, the University immediately began an investigation.
Pending further investigation, at this time 71 Columbia students are currently on interim suspension, and 30 individuals from affiliated institutions, three alumni, and five nonaffiliates identified as participating in the disruption are currently barred from Columbia's campus.
