Tamy Tolpa
Tami has over 20 years of experience in scientific illustration and animation for diverse science publications, physicians and biotechnology companies. Tami has an MFA in medical illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She’s a past board member and current Fellow of the Association of Medical Illustrators. Tami has spoken about science communication at the Rochester Institute of Technology, the University of Washington, Science Talk, at ComSciCon-PNW.

Gary is the founder & CEO of Dark Star Systems, a startup creating tools for scientists to make beautiful visualizations of their data. His background is in visual effects software for movies and TV as well as scientific visualization.
